Take another 5!

Pernah dengar senaman otot mata? Jom aku kongsi ilmu daripada khazanah orang Melayu lama. Mudah je nak buat.

1. Sebelum buat, kepala tegak dan pandang ke depan.

2. Buat step 1, kerling ke kiri..paksa mata kerling sejauh mungkin....anda akan rasakan regangan berlaku di otot mata anda...tahan selama kiraan 8 saat.. PERHATIAN..hanya mata yang bergerak...bukan kepala ye!

3. Beralih ke step 2...mata dipaksa tengok keatas...LAGI SEKALI..hanya mata..bukan kepala! selepas rasa ada berlaku regangan pada otot mata..buat kiraan 8 saat.

4. Buat step 3..kerling ke kanan..cara yang sama masa buat kerling ke kiri tadi.

5. Beralih step 4...mata pandang ke bawah...cara yang sama masa buat mata tengok atas tadi..

Yang penting...kepala tidak bergerak masa buat senaman ini..HANYA MATA!

Insya Allah, mata anda akan rasa lega.
